SPECIFICATIONS

The Sealmaster ERX-16 HI insert bearing features a set-screw locking collar for securely connecting to the shaft. Designed with high-heat applications in mind, the ERZ-16 HI insert is appropriate for carrying shafts with axial and radial loads such as heaters, furnaces, ovens and conveyors. The temperature rating of the ERX-16 HI bearing is 30 degrees Fahrenheit to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.

In addition, a cylindrical rolling element within the bearing helps minimize friction and distribute loads evenly. Nomex flinger and felt seals safeguard the bearing against debris while maintaining adequate lubrication during operation. The surface of the outer bearing contains a snap ring that rests in an indentation to find the insert. The ERZ-16 insert inner ring measures 1 inch in diameter, and the outside diameter is 2.047 inches. The outer race width is 0.75 inches.
