The 7M500 Mitsuboshi belt is a high-performance belt that is designed for machines that would otherwise be affected adversely to vibrations caused by ordinary belts. Suitable for vertical axis drive specifications, the 7M500 Mitsuboshi belt is designed to stay securely in place in configurations in which other belts are prone to detachment.Both bending and abrasion-resistant, its signature PolyMax™ construction produces a system-wide 60º orientation, which allows for less belt deformation and more homogeneous force distribution on the core wire. It also produces less overall belt wear due to the smaller pressure between the belt and the sidewall surface of pulleys.The 7M500 Mitsuboshi belt allows for compact and efficient power transmission. It can be driven by a single pulley and be set in large revolution rations. It requires no reduction gear, and its use can cut costs due to its high friction coefficient and light weight, which is 0.01 lbs. The length of the belt is 500 millimeters, the width is 7 millimeters, and the height is 5 millimeters.
