The IPTCI UCPA204-20MM pillow block bearing is a standard-duty industrial bearing assembly that's designed with high durability standards. This product comprises a cast-iron housing and an inner ring insert made of high-strength steel. The roller mechanism is facilitated by ball bearings, which are arranged in a single row between the outer case and the inner pipe. This assembled pillow block bearing is designed for mounting on a flat surface using two mounting holes. The distance between the two mounting holes is 2 inches. With a base length of 2.875 inches, the bearing assembly allows the stable, vibration-free transfer of rotary motion.The bearing's inner bore has a standard 0.787-inch diameter and a total bore length of 1.22 inches. Its assembly comes pre-lubricated with grease. However, the product also allows re-lubrication through a grease hole located at a 45-degree angle from the base of the cast-iron block. The assembly is sealed with a B-type seal, which allows the bearing to withstand adverse operating conditions of pressure, temperature, and speed.
