SPECIFICATIONS

The Sealmaster TB-20 is a tapped-base normal duty pillow-block bearing and includes an outer cast iron housing, felt seals, a setscrew locking collar, and a center rod with a bore. The outer casing, made from cast iron material, is designed to ensure the maximum durability for standard load ratings. The pillow-block shape ensures that you can mount the bearing assembly on a flat surface with two mounting bolts. The center rod has a bore with a diameter of 1.25 inches while the bearing assembly has a bolt center-to-center length of 3.3 inches.

The felt seal helps prevent the bearing assembly from external debris, which may damage the working parts. A grease fitting at the top of the pillow-shaped outer casing allows you to re-lubricate the Sealmaster TB-20 bearing for optimized functionality and reduced friction. The roller mechanism is facilitated by spherical insert-type ball bearings, which run on a groove to withstand high load ratings, both axial and radial.
